Baby Zoom Photography Competition – Terms and Conditions

 

Baby Zoom – Win the ultimate Trentham Experience

Trentham Monkey Forest’s competition to win the ultimate Trentham experience by sending in photos of Monkey Forest’s baby monkeys via social media pages.

Prizes:

  • Top prize – 4 tickets to Monkey Forest, 4 tickets to Trentham Gardens, 4 tickets to Aerial Extreme
  • Runners up – 3 x Monkey Forest family tickets (4 tickets)

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Dates:

The competition will run from 22nd July until the 31st August at 5 pm.

Entry:

Send in your image via Monkey Forest’s Facebook or Twitter page using the hashtag #BabyZoom. Entries not using the hashtag will not be entered. Entries must be sent in before the end date and time (see below). Entrants will not get confirmation of entry from Monkey Forest.

Multiple entries (different images) are permitted.

By entering Monkey Forest’s Baby Zoom Photography competition you are giving Monkey Forest permission to use your image for promotion via social media, online and print media.

Contact details will only be used to notify the winner. Contact details will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition. They will not be stored, transmitted or used for any other purpose either by Monkey Forest or any third party.

All images will be considered. The winner will be announced via Facebook and Twitter in September. The winner will be contacted via social media channels. Once notified the winner will need to respond in due course and provide details needed to arrange the prize.

Entries from employees of Trentham Monkey Forest are not permitted. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

The competition is promoted to visitors on site or users who have opted to receive the Monkey Forest newsletter and social media followers.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
