When Does Monkey Forest Reopen for 2021?
The forest will be re-open on the 12th April for the second week of the easter holidays. We’ll then be open all the way until the 31st October, so long as the government will allow outdoor attractions to remain open.
The team are looking forward to welcoming customers again and we’re hoping for another successful year. Especially as 2020 was such a challenging year for everyone in the UK and especially in the zoo world.
We can’t believe we’ve been here since 2005, making 2021 our 16th year in the UK. The 2 groups of monkeys were relocated from our sister parks in France and Germany before making Trentham their home.
We’ve launched our online tickets and we’re happy to report we’re selling at a discounted rate compared to our ‘pay on the day’ tickets. Although we can’t currently offer our ‘pay on the day’ tickets, we feel that with the circumstances everyone has faced in the last 12 months we can continue to offer a discounted rate for the online only admission tickets.
We’re hoping to welcome the first babies of the 2021 season to the park in the coming weeks and months. We’ve been privileged to watch our 5 babies from last year getting to grips with social life amongst their friends and family. We most certainly have a few little acrobats on our hands!
So, we really hope you’ll come and see us soon and please remember to book online admission tickets in advance of your visit and to check current availability.
