Help our primate staff discover the monkeys in the morning for the first time and feed them their nutritious breakfast. Support conservation and discover the monkeys as they go about their daily lives as if they were in the wild.
Being one of the only people in the forest you will get an excellent insight into the life of a Barbary macaque as you help locate them first thing in the morning.
Our knowledgeable guides will be by your side every step of the exciting way to answer questions and explain more about these fascinating monkeys and our unique woodland.

Being the first people in the forest, you will gain excellent insight into the life of a Barbary macaque, as you help locate the groups with our expert monkey conservationists.
Our expert guides will be by your side as you glide through the forest on an epic monkey quest, to answer any questions that you may have. They'll explain all about the fascinating monkeys and our unique woodland on your way around!
This experience is as close to a wild monkey safari as you can get in the UK!
This amazing opportunity allows you to venture through our 60-acre woodland and explore a forest that has conservation right at the heart of it. The monkeys live in the forest all year round and we preserve their natural behaviours. This means they live wild lives.
The vast woodland is an incredible habitat for 140 monkeys and you will help our conservationists see them for the first time in the morning to do their morning checks and feed them their breakfast once the groups have been located! Part of the fun is locating them as no day is the same in the famous UK Monkey Forest!
140 endangered monkeys... living wild lives in a HUGE woodland in Staffordshire... being protected and looked after for conservation. How incredibly special is that?
Morning with Monkeys is such a wonderful experience as you will be directly helping us with our Barbary macaque conservation efforts and having an epic adventure too.
You will help us preserve their natural behaviours by allowing the monkeys to find their own food, scattering across the forest floor.
Contributing to our conservation efforts and supporting their well-being. You will have a personal guide experience and will learn how Barbary macaques navigate their lives - in an environment remarkably similar to that in the wild.
The forest is so huge, that general day visitors only get to see around 20% of it. Whereas VIPs will get behind-the-scenes access and see parts of the woodland - and a group of monkeys that no one else gets to see!
