The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The memberships will become active on the first visit and will last 12 months from that date (please note, we are a seasonal attraction and do close during winter months). Memberships start from £20 and allow visitors to enter as many times as they wish during the season. Find out more about the annual membership tickets here: https://monkey-forest.com/memberships/. Each membership ticket (4 included in prize) can only be used by the named person, they can not be passed around and used by other people.

Contact details will be used to notify the winner. Contact details will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition.
All correct entries will be considered. The winner will be contacted on/after the 4th January 2019. The winner will be contacted via Facebook. Once notified the winner will need to respond in due course and provide details needed to arrange the prize.
Entries from employees of Trentham Monkey Forest are not permitted. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

The competition is promoted to visitors/monkey fans who have at some point signed up to receive the Monkey Forest newsletter and via social media. It is also promoted on-site at Trentham Monkey Forest.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK General data protection regulation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
