What if I can't make the experience?

Unfortunately, you will miss out on your experience if you fail to arrive. Please double-check and ensure you have booked the correct date. The experience is non-refundable and only in extenuating circumstances do we change experience dates.

Due to the nature of the experience, Ages 8+ can only partake in the experience. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You must be at the front gates, no later than 8:45am! We have a feeding schedule for the monkeys before we open and we must respect this.

As our luxurious EV vehicle can only seat 4 people and 2 of those have to be our monkey conservationists, the maximum number of guests is 2.

We will! The forest is 60 acres, and as the monkeys live similar lives to how they would in the wild, sometimes finding them can be a challenge. But that's part of the fun right? The monkeys live in total freedom and it's their home we are entering. How they utilise the forest is up to them and that makes it an exciting monkey quest!
